I am always telling patients about these bags, when they come in with badly designed shoulder bags which are too heavy, obviously pulling their shoulders down and distorting their posture. I have the medium size in the Distressed Nylon, and it's just the right size to carry all the things I need: bottle of water, work pass, wallet, a book or two, sunglasses, compact umbrella, phone, PDA, make-up. "Compared to other bags my Healthy Back Baby Bag it is very lightweight and yet is very durable and spacious. There are ample pockets for all the various bits and bobs one has to carry around and I like the plastic pouch section for anything wet. Compared to other baby bags this one is so much more trendy and stylish, which is an added bonus when you are trying your best to be more of a "yummy mummy" than a "frumpy mummy"!! I have to say this bag was definitely the best choice above any of the others in the shops."

"Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the Expedition Bag I purchased from you recently. I went to Legoland with the children last week and used the bag all day, it was excellent, I usually suffer if I carry a back pack for to long as I have a problem with my left shoulder but I am pleased to say I did not even feel a twinge with the new bag, the balance of it is perfect. I also found being able to access it without removing it from my shoulder was an absolute boon, this made using the camcorder on and off all day much easier than before, and a lot more secure. The bags are well made and finished, and certainly far more comfortable than any of the backpacks I have had previously, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody."

"I bought this bag, like many, because of shoulder and back problems with my existing shoulder bag. I deliberately chose the leather with contrast trim because it is smart enough to use for business or special occasions, as well as everyday use. The pockets are excellent and I feel very secure about having items in the outer pockets - the Velcro and zips are heavy duty and cannot be opened easily. The internal organizational pouches are also very useful. I particularly like the mini bag you get with the leather widebody version; I have it clipped inside with my make-up and mirror in it, but if I wanted something small to go to dinner or the theatre with it would be easy enough to do that and use the slip shoulder strap provided. Talking of shoulder straps - I have sloping shoulders so I am used to bags constantly sliding off, but this non slip strap really does work. I am so delighted with this bag that I have just ordered a medium Distressed Nylon one for my niece's birthday present as she is going around the world and I couldn't think of handier or more stylish gift."

Advertise more, the whole world should have one. Top marks, too, to the shop in Harrogate I tracked my Back Bag down to. The bag feels part of me and I wish I had it years ago. Perhaps a slot in the strap for the mobile phone that's all. Thanks. "

"I have the bag now, thank you, and I used it yesterday for the first time. The difference feels like magic! So I had to write and tell you. I have a recurring lower back problem and a neck problem that radiates into one shoulder. I was concerned, having been told that I should not use shoulder bags (I use 'ordinary' shoulder bags all the time) and that maybe ordering the Healthy Back Bag might be somewhat costly mistake. I need not have been concerned. I have filled it with exactly the same items I had in my ordinary bag. But the special shape and weight distribution seem to make it as light as feather and it is SO comfortable. I am off to the osteopath today for my continuing course of treatment - will show him and give him details to pass on to other suitable clients. Many thanks."

"I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I have fibromyalgia and found that carrying an ordinary shoulder bag made my neck and shoulders ache after a short while. My Healthy Back Bag is holding exactly the same amount of stuff but feels a lot lighter. The range of pockets made organisation very easy. I can now locate my mobile before it stops ringing! And I always know where my house keys are without having to rummage. My only criticism is that none of the inside pockets would comfortably hold cheque books. All in all, a very worth while purchase and I will definitely recommend it."

"Thank you for advice re baby-wipes getting rid of greasy stains on the microfibre bags, I will bear in mind and give it a try. I have to say I am not hopeful - it was a bottle of home-made salad dressing which leaked badly - and I have probably indelibly set the stains in my attempts to remove them. I tried everything from gentle sponging, progressing to washing-up liquid, carpet and upholstery cleaner, and proprietary stain remover for greasy stains. In desperation, and realizing that I probably wouldn't use the bag in its present state, so even if I ruined it, I wouldn't have lost out, I steeped it with a dish washer tablet, and ran it through several 40 degree washes in biological powder, but no joy. Apart from the stains, the bag is as new. It is truly indestructible!!! I will be more careful with the leather one. With good wishes for your excellent products."
