How do I search for a bag?
There are a number of ways you can search for a bag until you find exactly what you're looking for.
The easiest way to shop with us is to select Shop Online and browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on the sub categories split into either fabrics or specific ranges.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for just type the colour or collection name into the search facility (top right of the website) and we will find everything realted to your specific search.
Once you have found the perfect bag, click 'Add', and once you finish shopping, click onto your shopping basket (top right) and follow the on screen instructions to fill in your delivery and payment details.

Why register?
You do not have to register to browse or order from the Healthy Back Bag Website. However, registration helps us to administer the store, and has the following benefits for you:
- View your order status within our system 24/7/365 without having to contact us
- Review records of your online account, including previous orders
- Stay updated with nes and special offers
- Add items to your personal wish list
- Submit your billing and shipping details once
- Retain items in your shopping basket until you are ready to purchase, even if you logout and come back later
- Login and password protected personal details (we do not retain credit card details)
- Amend your password and personal shipping details whenever you wish
To shop without registration, select 'fast checkout'.
How do I register?
Simply click the Register link (top right) and fill in your Login and address details. You can also register at check out, by following the onscreen instructions.
I'd like to change my password?
Once you have logged in you can open your account details and select 'Change Password'. Please note fields are case sensitive.
How do I edit my billing/delivery address?
To edit address details, please Login, then select 'My Account' and follow the links to edit your information.

All sales are in £ sterling.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Very occasionally it make take a little longer. In practice, orders placed before midday will often arrive the following day, but if this is essential please select the guaranteed next day delivery option, and feel free to call us on 0207 812 9800 if you require further confirmation.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday - weekend delivery is not currently available. Many customers use their work address, as your bag will be delivered by carrier and a signature is required as proof of receipt - unless you have given us instructions in the box on the address page on checkout as to where to safely leave the bag at home eg: 'if out, leave in porch/in garage/with neighbour at No 23'.
At our discretion we may choose to send some orders by Royal Mail Signed for in which case specific delivery instructions may be impossible to follow.
Please note that if you change your delivery address after your order has been despatched we reserve the right to pass on any redirection fee which our carrier charges us.
If you have not made any special arrangement with us in advance and there is no-one to sign for the package when the carrier attempts delivery, a card will be left with details of your local depot. Please call them immediately to confirm a convenient delivery time. If you do not respond to the card, re-delivery will be attempted on a further two occasions before the bag is returned to us.

Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we will make every effort to action this before the goods have been despatched - do call us on 020 7812 9800 as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched you will be entitled to a full refund under the returns and refunds policy, excluding the delivery charge.
Returns and Refunds
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on all merchandise sold by The Healthy Back Bag® Company for 30 days from receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, providing it is unused, complete with tags, and in its original clear plastic protective packaging, for a prompt refund of the cost of the goods excluding delivery charge. If the return is due to any manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Your card will be refunded when The Healthy Back Bag® Company has received and processed your returned item. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Postage or use a Royal Mail Signed For service as we cannot accept any responsibility for returns until they are signed for at our office.

The Healthy Back Bag® Company cannot guarantee to refund purchases that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Warranty
We guarantee the workmanship of every Healthy Back Bag Company product for the life of the material. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse including unreasonable or excessive wear, lost or stolen bags or their contents. We will repair or replace defective product. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of AmeriBag (UK) Ltd. Repairs or modifications by unauthorised agents may void this warranty.
