We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on all merchandise sold by The Healthy Back Bag® Company for 30 days from receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, providing you have proof of purchase, it is unused, complete with tags, and in its original clear plastic protective packaging, for a prompt refund of the cost of the goods excluding delivery charge. If the return is due to any manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, then please contact us for a returns slip and pre paid label so that you do not incur any additional postage costs.
Your card will be refunded when The Healthy Back Bag® Company has received and processed your returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange your bag for an item of a different value, then please ensure you provide us with contact details so we can call you for further details, exchanges will be dispatched free of charge, providing this is actioned within the 30 days of receipt of goods. This will not be applied retrospectively or out of the 30-day refund policy.
We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Postage or use a Royal Mail Signed For service as we cannot accept any responsibility for returns until they are signed for at our office. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
The Healthy Back Bag® Company cannot guarantee to refund purchases that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Any goods purchased from 22 November 2018 will have an extended returns period to 18 January.
On Thursday 20 December 2018 all standard delivery UK mainland orders will be upgraded to next day delivery at no extra charge. This upgrade will apply to orders placed until 12.00 midday Thursday 22 December 201x. No promotional code is needed. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail 24 hour service and will arrive within 1-2 working days.
