Size Guide - Trade

Think small, that’s the rule.

We always advise that you choose the smallest bag for your needs and body length so that you can reap the maximum reward from our ergonomic design.

Our bags are designed to balance the weight of your belongings down the length of your spine, however, even we can’t help you if you choose to lug around 20 kilos of bricks on your back.

The bags have intelligent pocketing meaning you can fit a lot inside them. The clever pockets also allow you to distribute weight evenly around the interior of the bag helping keep the weight balanced.

Remember, the key reasons the Healthy Back Bag® works are its body-hugging shape and lack of rigid elements in its construction. It is designed to fit your form and complement your natural balance.

Putting large items inside, like an A4 folder or a chunky laptop, means some of the bag’s functionality may be lost.
