How it works
Is it time to give your old bag a new lease of life? Look no further than our pre-loved program!

Send us your well-loved bag. We recommend using a tracked method to ensure it gets to us safely.
Once received we will either donate your bag to charity or take it apart for recycling.
We appreciate you taking the time to do your bit! Time to use your 15% off code for a new bag!
Not quite ready to let go?
Repair it! If your bag is out of warranty but just needs some minor repairs we can also help!
We have extra zipper pulls, non slip lining, spare baglett straps and hardware (please note zips can not be repaired or replaced) These are subject to availability but if you get in touch we would be more than happy to help.
