Refund policy

We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on all merchandise sold by The Healthy Back Bag® / Nomii for 30 days from receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, provided you have proof of purchase, it is unused, complete with tags, and in its original clear plastic protective packaging.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting or use a Royal Mail Signed For service as we cannot accept any responsibility for returns until they are signed for at our office.

Damages and issues
If the return is due to any manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, then please contact us for a returns slip and pre paid label so that you do not incur any additional postage costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your bag for an item of a different value, then please ensure you provide us with contact details so we can call you for further details, exchanges will be dispatched free of charge (UK only) providing this is actioned within the 30 days of receipt of goods. This will not be applied retrospectively or out of the 30-day refund policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please note that all refunds will exclude delivery charges.

The Healthy Back Bag® / Nomii cannot guarantee to refund purchases that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
